BNMC is thrilled to present Meditation Mondays, a 30-minute guided meditation on the first Monday of each month at 12 pm. Each session has its own theme to provide focus, purpose, and intention. Studies show mindfulness affects many aspects of our psychological well-being. It can help with improving mood, increasing positive emotions, and decreasing anxiety, emotional reactivity, and burnout. Come start your new month mindfully with us! This month we will be led by The Mindful Institute.
